How to Make Turmeric Infused Olive Oil with Black Cumin
I was laying down and this inspiration came to me about using my wonderful turmeric golden milk mixture with some of my extra virgin olive oil. As I searched the web I found that many of the expensive areas in the Middle East already use and sell this remedy. As Usual I have my ideals on how to make the best recipe for health.
I have adapted a recipe obtained from Dubai, United Arab Emirates to help you make the recipe simply and with the best ingredients and of course if you prefer to buy my pre-made and bottled recipe you may.
Place the turmeric mixture in the bottom of a bottle. Pour on the oil and and then add the black cumin oil on top. Seal tightly and place in a closed cabinet away from the sun and light.
Wait approximately 3 days before using and then use as a healing remedy which can be taken by mouth or by warming the oil slightly and massaging on pains and aches.
To warm the oil, place a bit on a metal spoon and place the metal spoon over the fire. Heat to a warm touch only and then massage on your body as needed.
Difference Between Cooking and Healing Infused Oils
You will also see on the web infused oils for cooking. This is not one of them. Extra virgin olive oil cannot be heated over 325 degrees. To make a cooking infused oil, simply substitute virgin olive oil for the extra virgin olive oil which is available on my organics page.
